Description
"Annabelle" is a 44ft Narrow Boat with permanent mooring at Shardlow Marina.She was Fabricated by Hancock and Lane in the mid 80s and is a 4 berth with a fully operational 40HP Perkins diesel engine.
Safety certificate valid until May 27th 2021.
Her hull was blacked late 2016 with 6 coats.
In 2017 the interior of the hull and the fresh water tank were both painted.
New PVC Deckhead/ceiling fitted throughout.
Also added new at this time:
•Wood burner and chimney
•Galley sink unit and cupboards
•Portable toilet
•Inverter and batteries
•Flooring
All Electrics, Water and Gas are fully working. The boiler was checked and cleaned 2 years ago by an engineer, as well-as a new chimney was fitted.
20 months ago the exterior of the boat was painted but never finished due to lack of time so needs a lick of paint.
Apart from that it's in good condition. She is perfect for a new boater.
