Sold 32ft x 7ft Dutch Barge Canal Boat - Leigh, Greater Manchester

Hi. I am selling my beautiful Dutch Barge, moored at the wonderful Pennington Wharf Marina in Leigh, the mooring is transferable at managers discretion(should be no problem as they are lovely people and very fair).

Ok, as you can see by the photos.

The boat has everything one need's, Galley has Microwave, Air Fryer, 3 Burner stovetop,

Sink with running Coldwater via a water pump, 3/4 Fridge 1/4 freezer and more than adequate,Stereo/Cd/USB, Cupboard space,a humidifier(a godsend), also the loo with a portaloo is offset as you see in the pics, both recently carpeted. The living room has a clothes rail,2 chests of drawers,a tele/dvd with Freeview(Aerial professionally fitted), wooden floor.

Double Bed with plenty storage underneath, also the big window opens out and is a blessing when the air blows through, there are also 2 roof windows and again, a blessing.

The water tank is filled up via the Bow with an easy to move cap. Boat safety until 2022, I think the last survey was 2016/7.

The Boat was bought with a 12v system, all the original Wheel etc are still intact, however as I was moving aboard I had a short on her, I didn't have the time to sort it(could be something and nothing).

So I just simply bought a 4 gang extension and hooked up to the Bollard(electric) and have had zero mithers since I installed an inverter for when I take her out so again, all good.

I wanted to steer the Boat via a tiller type set up so I had one installed and never looked back. The Engine I believe is a Merc, I had it all overhauled.

The Boat has been started with an easy start for years apparently and I have asked the advice of a few decent mechanics and all have said, there is no problem with using said easy start. I have been honest and upfront, if I think of anything else I will add to the description.

Thanks for looking and fair sailing to one and all.

The Boat is circa 1920/30s and in mint condition for her age.
